Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AI Future Model Management platform (“Service”). A complete contract is being prepared with our counsel; the summary below applies in the meantime. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Your content

You retain ownership of brand assets you upload and of generation outputs you produce through the Service. You grant us the limited right to process those assets to deliver the Service. We do not use your assets to train third-party models.

Acceptable use

• No infringement of third-party intellectual property or likeness rights.
• No content that is unlawful, defamatory, sexual involving minors, or harassing.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or abuse of rate limits.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. Image-generation credits are consumed on use and do not roll over unless your plan states otherwise. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.
